Customer can only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
Winners will be notified by registered mail, email and his/her name will be posted at the Customer Service Counter of Robinsons Easymart and will be posted in Robinsons Easymart Facebook page.
In order to claim the prize, the winner must present the winning receipt, Go Rewards Card or App and any valid proof of identification w/ photo (i.e. driver’s license, passport, SSS, TIN, voter’s ID, etc.) at the customer service counter of Robinsons Easymart from Monday – Sunday (business hours).
Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own set of identification papers in claiming the prize on his/her behalf.
The winner who cannot claim his/her prize personally must provide his/her representative with a letter of authorization and other necessary identifications (i.e. driver’s license, passport, SSS, TIN, voter’s ID, etc.) when claiming the prize on his/her behalf.
In the event that winners cannot present the winning receipt, the winner needs to execute a duly notarized affidavit of loss. A 60-day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as affidavit is submitted to the Robinsons Easymart in order to ensure veracity of claim.
Redemption of prizes shall be within 60 days from the receipt of notification; otherwise the prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Easymart with prior approval of DTI.
Promo period is August 1-31, 2024. Employees of Robinsons Easymart 15. and its affiliate companies, their advertising, manpower, security agencies, their spouses and relatives up to the 2^nd degree of consanguinity and to affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
